returning home from a trip to Lake Waiau (glacial lake at 13,000 ft. on Mauna Kea), the mist started rolling in. wanting to get a photo of the blowing pastures just above an old abandoned sheep station i got into the back of the truck to try to capture the scene. it was sopping and the camera was non-cooperative, but i'm semi-pleased with the shot.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
